Services Provided: We offer eco-friendly cleaning for commercial properties, real estate, and vacation homes. Services are outlined in your booking confirmation.
Booking & Scheduling: Bookings must be confirmed 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling or cancellations require 48 hours’ notice to avoid a fee.
Payment Terms: Payment is due upon service completion. We do not offer online payment. Accepted methods: [Cash,
Credit/Debit Cards Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover
Bank Transfers Mobile Payment Apps (e.g., PayPal, Venmo, Cash App). Late payments may incurred fees.
Insurance & Liability: We are insured and bonded. We are not responsible for pre-existing damages or fragile items unless previously informed.
Satisfaction Guarantee: Notify us within 24 hours if you’re unsatisfied, and we’ll address your concerns.
Customer Responsibilities: Provide property access and secure valuables before service.
Privacy Policy: Your personal information is protected and will not be shared without consent.
Termination of Services: We reserve the right to terminate services for breaches of these terms or unsafe conditions.
